Desert Within

For everything you carry that has nowhere to go

A series of eight paintings about what remains inside us

when we witness the world changing from a distance.

These paintings are not about what happened out there.

They are about what happens inside us when we witness it.

EIGHT WAYS OF CARRYING WHAT WE HAVE WITNESSED

I MADE THE PAINTINGS.

THE MEANING YOU FIND IN THEM IS YOURS.

IF IT REVEALED

SOMETHING IN YOU,

TAKE IT HOME.

WHICH ONE
STAYED WITH YOU?

  • Edition of 10

  • Signed and numbered by the artist

  • No further prints of these works

  • When a number is gone, it is gone

Wondering which one belongs in your space?

Send me a photo of your wall, and I will show you how the artwork could look there.

This series began with 50 people

Before there were paintings, there was a poem.

Fifty people believed it should become something physical.

Today, Desert Within exists because they did.
